Wherever you go to purchase a home one of the first things they’re going to ask is “have you been qualified”? A letter with proof of your financial qualifying amount or better yet, approved amount, is a necessity before any offers can be made.

  If you’ve been pre-qualified and the home or land you want to buy is on the El Dorado County MLS; I will handle your real estate transaction and split the full selling side commission 50/50. This is 50/50 of the Full selling side, Not 1%, Not 50/50 of the split after a broker takes their cut and Not 50/50 after any transaction overhead is taken out.

  The full selling side does very but it’s usually 3%. This would mean your rebate would be $4,500.00 on a $300,000.00 house.

 

  I do this because you do half the work by being your own taxicab so I feel you deserve half the pay.
