When selling your home, it’s nice to have options, so I offer Two Full Service options you can choose from. You can pick one or the other, whichever one fits your needs.

   First Option: A Sellers Rebate. Yes, just like the buyers referral rebate, Sellers can get a rebate also.

   If you choose this option; I will find you a qualified, licensed agent, that specializes in your area, to sell your home, and I will give you 50% of my commission.

   Second Option: Finding the right agent can sometimes be the hardest part. I can help you by providing agents that specialize in your area. 

   I will provide up to three agents for you to interview. Agents that will be competing for your business. This assures that you will receive the utmost in service with the least inconvenience.

   In this option you will not receive a rebate. The reason for this is to give you more negotiating power, by lowering my commission/fee from the participating agents.
